Giddy up!

Mommy is my horsey! I held on to the 'mane' and off we rode into the imaginary sunset!
We changed up our living room again! We bought a bookshelf, lamp and a plant!
I didn't want my picture taken.
But....then I agreed to it.

Horses

I became interested in horses through the movie "SPIRIT" and so Papa and Mama said one day that i could go watch my babysitter ride. Well, we went yesterday and I learned about the halter, bridle, bit, saddle, arena, and stir-ups. At the end of her ride I got up and rode with her for a little bit. It was so much fun!

Speech Update

some recent things that I have said lately to mommy:

"Mom, i don't want eat your lasagna because it is too sauty (salty)."
i did end up eating it.

Mom and I bonked heads when she was tickling me and i said "No pase nada (nothing really happened)... when Levi bump boy and school and say 'no pase nada'".

i picked up a match the other day and said, "Here, Mom, here is a piece of fire."

mommy says one of the funny things is trying to teach me the meaning of yesturday, today, and tomorrow. i still say when i come home from school, "No school today?" She then reminds me that i just went to school and that I am finished for the day. But that i have school tomorrow.

They other day we were reading books in Mommy and Daddy's bed and mom said, "Come on lets get up and go eat some breakfast."
i said, "No. Let's cuddle five more minutes."
Mommy said that her heart melted and it just made her day.

My Cousin Travis

Here are some recent pictures of my cousin Travis who was born on Dec 1. Isn't he so cute? My mommy finally figured out how to add pictures from his blog to ours. We can't wait to see him and hold him some day.

Fishermen

Mommy forgot to add this one to the blog a few days ago. While we were on our retreat we visited the fishermen. They come in everyday at 4:00 and sort the fish and get it ready to be shipped to the restaurants on ice. It was amazing!

It gave us a whole new perspective to Jesus calling fishermen.

The Joy of Oreos

What is wrong with me? Why won't anyone kiss me?
Got milk and cookies?!

Home Sweet Home

This house was truly an answer to prayer because the apartments this size are very rare and too expensive. But this one is in our budget and it has a long hallway for Levi to run and ride his moto in! The kitchens are also not this big in the city. Normally they are not big enough for a table let alone a table for four! I love to cook so it was important to me to have a nice size. So, we praise God for His gift. Can't wait for guests!

Beach Bums

The View

Here is the view from the living room of the place that we stayed in last week for our retreat. We found it on the internet and it was perfect. March was a great time to go because of cheaper rates and less people. Just us and the retirees!

Some photos of us just a few blocks down from the apartment. I had fun throwing rocks into the sea.

This is a photo of the city. It was a perfect little town-not too big or too small.

Road Trip

We took a week off for some R&R and to just get away from it all. We headed East to the coast to enjoy some time on the beach. It was amazing!!!!

This is at a gas station along the way. Here is Don Quijote and his sidekick Sancho. My mom is currently reading the book and finds it very imaginative and fun.
Driving' along in our automobile....
Here i am trying to get the breeze in my hair from a half-way rolled down window.
We made it and boy was the water cold. This was day 1 of our get-away!

Pop and Maw-maw, wish you could enjoy the view from where I am. Thinking of you!
