Last Pregnancy Photo

This is Mom the night before David comes! David sticks out more than I did and that is why Mom has so many lovely stretch marks this time! Oh, the suffering that takes place....it is worth it! Her tummy is so pointy!

We are very excited and looking forward to the day. We have waited a long time. Thank you for all of your prayers and words of encouragement through e-mails. We are at peace and are just praying for God's glory in our lives and David's.

Our house helper has offered to drive us to the hospital tomorrow so we are thankful for her! Even though Papa passed the theory part of the driving test he still has to pass the physical driving exam. So, we are still looking at a month or two until he gets that card in his hands!

Nana and Josh arrive on Friday!!! Yippee!!!! I can't wait!! When I found out they were staying for 2 weeks I jumped so high that I almost bonked my head on the ceiling!

Trash Treasure

Papa found this drawing board in the trash! We love basura findings! It turns into a table and you can put magnets on the board part! It is great for our school time.

My first drawing of an object. I have drawn faces before but this is my first animal. It is a caterpillar. Mom and Dad didn't even show me how to draw it. I just did it by myself! I am a big boy!
Look at all of my birds I added to Mom's picture!
Here I am drawing a bird, showing off my skills!

Date with Mom

Mom took me out on a date to my favorite place....McDonald's. I am still American at heart. Mom said she wanted to take me out before David arrives and make some memories together. We had fun. I got the game Twister in my Happy Meal and I thought it was so cool to get twisted up.

David's Shower

The team had a baby shower for us the last meeting we had and it was so wonderful. We had homemade chili, games with candy for prizes, gifts, a delicious cake and very encouraging words spoken over us. We are grateful for the time to celebrate David's life.

"David, don't arrive late."

Even I got presents! Thank you Jan and Kathy!

Package from Laura and Danny

We got package from Laura and Danny and it was filled with fun stuff!
A bird house to paint and glue together. It provided a good craft time for school.
A puzzle....which are my new favorite things to do! I have Lightning McQueen and Ratatouille, too.
And Yankee candles!!! Mom was especially grateful for these!

Here is my finished product. What do you think?

Good Friends

My friends Caylee and Cayleb came over on the 11th and we had a great time. Caylee got new glasses and we just think she looks so cute!

Toledo

We took our friends from the States to Toledo last week during their visit and it was a fun-filled day. The weather was gorgeous and the history of the city is rich.
Cathedrals, castles....

and just old city walls and buildings.

Los Reyes

So we brought Jen, Shanaka, Lois, and Cindy to Segovia for King's Day like we did last year with Amber's mom. The weather wasn't great but we had a wonderful time.

That night the parade came and had lots of kids and adults throwing candy!

In front of the aquaducts. No fireworks this year because of the rain. Boo-hoo!

The awesome cathedral in the back.

Next morning, we walked to the Alcazar castle.
