Mom's 33rd

We had our friends over to celebrate mom and Nadine's birthday. We had yummy lasagna, garlic bread, carrot cake, and strawberry cake. We laughed a lot and the kids had a great time. My best friend Jacob and his 5 brothers and sisters, Antonio, Raul, Nadine, and Jan came over and we had so much fun.

Park Time

We went to the park yesterday and had a great time. We invited our friend Nessa and her son Elias to join us and they met us outside our door. The weather has been perfect and we are trying to take advantage of the sun and warmth before it gets dark and cold!
The woman dressed in white behind the stroller lost her husband to cancer recently so now she dresses all in white for 3 months and 10 days-to ensure she is not pregnant before she starts seeing another man. She has 3 kids and it just broke my heart to hear her story.

David's new thing is wearing Levi's old bike helmet and his cowboy hat. He sees his big brother riding his bike and now he is all into riding his trike and wearing his helmet. He even wears it around the house when he is just tinkering around. We are loving this age. He is really saying a lot more words.

1 month old

Well, Trinity is a month old today! I have a messy house but more joy with 3 kiddos! It is worth it even though i love my house to be clean. I just tell myself "get over it" and I am better!

Nessa's gift

I was adventurous yesterday and went to visit my friend Nessa that I met in the park. I pushed David in the stroller and took Trinity in the Baby Bjorn. It was a lot after having abdominal surgery 2 weeks ago but it was worth it because I was tired of being cooped up in the house. I had some winter clothes for her son Elias that I wanted to pass on to her. When she went to Morocco this summer she bought Levi this jalaba so I took some pictures of the boys showing it off!
