Water on the Patio

I let David and Trinity play in the water on the patio yesterday and they loved getting each other wet. They stomped in the puddles, filled up the flower boxes and dumped the water out over and over again. It was so much fun watching them beam with their bright smiles.

simple fun

WHEEeeeeeeeee...old school ways of entertainment - a sheet, a wood floor, and someone strong enough to pull you. In this case, a big brother!
Trinity can be a girl that wears dresses and loves on her babies and then she can be a girl that wants to wear pants and do some of the most daring stunts. She is a good mix. I love that. I painted her nails for the 2nd time in her whole life and she really liked it.

change of face

The fun of technology. We had friends over and had a good time playing with the wonderful Apps of Apple on her phone. I still can't see an advantage to investing in one yet. We are happy having friends that have the fun toys.

Trinity, you are too cute with your brother's boots!

Zar the dog

He loves walking Zar with the leash. The look on his face is priceless.
Antonio and Zar with the boys at the dog park near our house. It is the perfect dog. It doesn't bark very much, it is small, and has short hair! We would get one if we didn't have to travel so much! David loves him and was so good with him.

wrastlin' time

It seems like everytime we try and play around someone always gets hurt!
Trinity put all of these cars in her onesie and then ran to show daddy. She was so proud.

Fun pics

Little D was quiet for a minute or 2...you know how that goes...when I went to investigate I found him playing in the sink. He was making bubble mounds.
Levi has been spending his "down time" in his room constructing new Lego inventions. He thinks of the design on all his own. We have been so impressed with his creativity.
Our team had lunch together and I had to capture this sweet pose with Mother and son.
The kids enjoying the rocks in our patio.
Trinity without her stitches but with a glob of Vit E to help it heal.

Friends for Sunday lunch

Our good friends came over this past Sunday for lunch. It was their first time in our new home. We had a wonderful time watching the kids and catching up on life.
Tr was so cute sitting on her stomach with her feet up in the air gazing at him as if she was saying, "Hey, you are such a cutie."
I love this picture of both of these two!

our son is getting so BIG!
D swinging and singing, "Praise the Lord!"
We had to take them for a stroll in the amazing park by our house. N is from Londan and so she wanted a picture in from of the Tower of London replica- good idea. It turned out really nicely!

Trinity's progress Day 6

silly brothers having fun before bed. This week was so amazing with the kids. It was the first time...I think...ever....that all 3 of the kids played together inside and outside without causing each other to scream and cry. They were so GOOD!
Above is Day 6 of Trinity's healing

Levi's first grade classroom

L is doing an after-school soccer class and he loves it! His coach is Manuel. I have been hoping that he would enjoy it only because kids who play soccer make instant friends here! Well, that and it is heathly, fun, and builds confidence. I didn't get any close-ups because I didn't want to jeopordize the security of other kids.
My new favorite picture of Trini (below).
I had 30 minutes to kill before meeting with his teacher so D & T ran around on the breezeway.
She loves to run. She runs from the kitchen to the living room and from our house to L's school. I kept having to tell her, "Slow down." I was scared she was going to fall again. Thankfully she didn't. It was such a delight watching her and D run around with such huge smiles on their faces.

L came over and gave her a hug right as she had a coughing spell. O, these boys are so good to her and so sweet! I get so much joy watching D&T play together during the day. He protects her and helps her follow the rules. I can trust them with her and that is one less stress! They are big helpers!
D & T loved being in L's classroom. They piddled around while I talked with his teacher- Vanesa. She is young, energetic, fun, super nice, and loves her job. She raved about L and his adjustments and his character. I was so grateful that he has had a smooth transition.
This board is amazing. The students can use their fingers to write the answers on the board and the computer recognizes it. She can pull images from the Internet and place them up there for the kids to see. Isn't that cool?! I am not a teacher but if I was I would feel like my whole world had oepened up to being a better teacher.
D&T are so cute sitting down like they are all ready to learn. I like that the room is simple andnnot over stimulating. It is nice an big. L sits one of the two desks in the middle of the horseshoe behind that first row of desks.
I thought I got a picture of his teacher but I guess not.

Trinity Day 3

We decided to do some painting and use my new crafts scissors. We were planning on painting canvases on Saturday with our good friend Deney but Trinity's accident postponed our plans. David was too anxious to wait. We used some old paints Pop and Mawmaw had given us and had a good time.

She has been blowing and going like nothing happened. She is so tough and so indenpendent! She walked all the way back home from Levi's school just as fast as she could go. She tripped and fell 4 times and never made a fuss. Just said, "ouch" and continued on smiling 3 seconds later. She didn't want to hold my hand or slow down! She is such a happy girl.
These stitches are super hard to keep dry and clean especially with eating, drinking, brushing her teeth, and when she cries when we clean it- her snot runs down and the tears- just hoping it will stay free of infection! It looks good to me; just a little red around the top stitch. She is a trooper and doesn't mess with it.
