We were so sad to see Rebecca go. She left yesterday and there is such an emptiness in our house. There is such a peaceful spirit lingering in the room where she slept. Trinity ended up sleeping in her bed last night. We put all the toys back in the playroom and it felt so weird. That is Rebecca's room...not the toy room. I will miss her friendship, great ideas, stories, her laughter and her singing. She was a great guest and we will cherish the days we had with her. What a blessing to have her here for a month! We love you Rebecca!!!

New blocks we bought at a garage sale! They are about 40 years old.

Our birthday celebration for Rebecca the night before she left. We invited some of the youth and some friends over from the church. We ate cake and ice cream and celebrated Rebecca!

meeting at the park for volleyball and singing

David enjoying going out without brother and sister - he kicked the soccer ball and rode his moto all around. He was the most smiley I have ever seen him.

some kids had these ear covers like what Pop used when he flew helicopters and he thought they were so fun to wear.

Lunch at our house with the volunteer team

David had a ball playing T-ball. He wouldn't go to hit the ball without his cap on - he always has to be incomplete uniform for what he is doing. He has to have every piece of equipment and piece of his firefighter costume on and in hand before he will say he is Mr. Firefighter. He is so wonderful- I just love his creativeness.
